Election Day Shocker?

The most amazing thing about this article is that someone in Chapel Hill supports the McCain/Palin ticket.

9-year-old receives shock from political sign.

In college, I was a prankster like this. I must admit, I swiped a Dick Lugar sign out of someone's yard, but it wasn't a political statement. I gave the sign to my preisty friend who is a big fan of Lugar.

I guess I should be thankful that not a lot of electrical engineers live in Rensselaer, IN.

This is the type of story that makes you want to know more. How does the father of a young would-be thief approach the guy who set a trap on his own property? I demand a transcript of that confrontation.

I know how I would do it, but in Chapel Hill, it'd probably involve a well-thought out and highly articulate letter featuring a list of complaints. And if things went downhill from there, I'd expect it to look like when Patrick and Spongebob got in a fight in the halls at boating school.
